Suddenly on my new iPhone 4, I got an annoying female-sounding computer voice. It repeats and repeats and seems to block much of the actions of the phone so I am unable to place out-going calls. I tried going to Settings but found no way to turn-off this annoying feature. While this sounds like Siri; this is not the 4G S model. What is this voice for and how to disable it? I think it might be called Voice Command but when asked to dial a number, nothing happens. Thanks.

Check your settings in Accessibility. Settings>General>Accessibility
