I upgraded to iOS 8 and ever since, when I get a call or text, every one of my Apple devices rings. I cannot find the setting to deactivate this (I just want my 1 phone to ring). Does anyone know the setting off hand?

There is no system wide way to deactivate this feature. You have to individually turn it off for each device. To do so, go to Settings>FaceTime>IPhone Cellular Calls and turn off the switch. This will stop your device from ringing when your iPhone receives a text message or phone call.
