Airpod Options on iOS9

Does anyone know if it's possible to get all the features/options for the airpods that are on iOS10 tweaked over to iOS9? I'd really like to know the battery life of them lol

If you use them on a device running iOS 9, they'll act just like normal Bluetooth earphones, without the extra features available when using them on a device running iOS 10.

I know but is it possible to get those extra features onto iOS9 with a jb tweak? Or is it a hardware thing?

No, it's not possible to get all of the features, not even with a jailbreak tweak.
