SBFloatingIcons might not be the prettiest tweak out there, but it is strange and interesting. This one gives a little life to your Springboard, it skews your app icons based on your devices movement. Tilt your device a little to the left, the icons will move, tilt to the right, the icons will move again, pretty simple. There are three different effects you can set along with enabling or disabling the dock or the icons to take effect. Somebody out there should try this with Barrel and tell us how it goes(haha).
