If you have Cydia type callTell in search, i had the top app the one with the screwdriver and spanner icon for the 3gs/i4. Download install, go into settings , scroll to to calltell and switch on enable, speak on sms On and speak sms text On.
I PM`d you as it is a cydia app and wasnt sure if i could mention cydia in the forum.
