Since trying to install the latest update 4.0.2 to my iPhone 4 my iPhone has become unusable! It informs me that a Restore is needed but gets as far as updating Firmware then gives me error message 9 and sends me back to Restore again. I have tried all of the fixes in the Apple Support...
