Load Itunes on PC, Plug phone in as if to Sync & make sure back up is done,click on your device and in summary scroll down to restore, click this then follow all insrtuctions on both PC & on your phone, make sure you restore the backup & there you are! Worked well for me

Sorted it myself thanks. Restored Iphone 4, & it works ok now! I guess IOS 5 didn't load properly first time!

Hi just updated to IOS 5 on my IPhone 4 & mail is going crazy! Everytime I go into email it downloads all the emails again...& again & again, the only way I can stop this is by going onto my desk top & retrieving them!!! This never used to happen. Also when I delete the mails they disappear...
