i was trying tiny umbrella as some one suggested and now i am stuck with error 3194. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried hooking up with itune and it tells me it is in recovery mode and after syncing it tells me your i phone has been restored to factory resetting. I dont know what to do next. Hope some one will help me Thanks
