It just seems too complicated of a service to configure when you want privacy. In your case it's all good. I just feel like since ios5 I can't send a text and be sure it is not being read by everyone or someone on my plan.

I think a lot of it has to do with the notifications center. It is very cool but all that push probably kills the battery. I will manage it once I determine how useful some of the apps I turned on are.

Why don't you just cancel the order and go to the store and buy one? They have them at both the AT&T store and the Apple store as of yesterday in the Boston area.
