Going to get a 13 soon to replace my four year old XR. It's been a far better phone than the troublesome 6s ever was.

I think after the last iOS update they deleted the voicemail transcription. Is there a setting to get it back. Another thing happened yesterday, they did remedy itself. People could leave voicemail, but the voicemail icon had disappeared. Then it reappeared. Any idea what happened there?
