Wifi help plz

Hi does anyone know my wifi is so slow it only loads up to 0.20 Mbps sometimes it goes up higher than that but pretty much all the time it stays at 0.20 Mbps plz help

How long did you use this router?
- If quite something, look forward for new router.
- Do you do any setting changes to your router recently? If yes, what your last setting.
- Have you try upgrade your router to the lastest firmware? If No, give it an upgrade.

One year router is consider new.
- What your sub plan of upload/download speed? 0.20mbs? If yes, 0.20mbs that will be the max. Your broadband speed will be between 0.5mbs to 0.20mbs.
- Is it that the price that you paid for?
- Have you check any firmware update for your router?
