I have seen it on there before, did they change it or something on an update? I can't scroll through a song now i have to fast forward through the whole thing.
In the "Now Playing" screen, tap on the album art once, and it the scrub bar should drop down with the repeat and shuffle options as well. This should e what you're looking for
