Someone wanna sell me his phone. Here is the pix, he said it never got water damage, but I dont know if it s true . What happens to the screen? and is there a way to clean/fix it ? TIA

Unless those deposits are on the surface of the screen, only a screen replacement will get rid of them. There could also be hidden damage inside the phone that's not yet caused visible problems. You'd be better off buying another iPhone.
