For environmental noise-monitoring purposes, I need a voice-activated recorder app that starts a new file each time it's triggered, and these files need to be time and date-stamped. I also want the high-pass filter deactivated, and I would like to be able to set the sample rate and choose between compressed and uncompressed data. Are there any apps meeting these requirements?
