Verizon iPhone 4S won't update PRL after unlocking with SAM. Help?

Ok so when it worked, I used SAM to try to unlock my phone to AT&T but it didn't work out to well and then there was some activation problems when I tried putting the phone back on Verizon but got resolved. But now when I try to update my PRL it won't update at all. I've tried restoring from backup, calling *228 opt 2, reseting settings and network settings, and nothing has changed it. It's stuck at PRL # 52707 and it should've updated to 52725. Help please? I really don't want to have to restore.

I just did a PRL update on my iPhone 4S and I am on 52686. Quick research says that 52686 and 52707 are the only two current PRLs out for VZW. So what makes you think you need to be on 52725?

Hmm, that's what the Verizon tech support agent told me. Odd. Ok thanks. lol!

Hmmm... Maybe that is correct but it hasn't been rolled out nationwide yet?

I'll update the rest of my phones at home and see what they report.

Verizon 4S downgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.0.1 and I have the 52686 PRL as well.
