Upgrading from 5.1.1 (4S)

I haven't been in the jailbreak community for a while but want to upgrade to the latest firmware while still keeping JB.

I originally jailbrome using absinthe.
Can any1 guide me in the right direction? Thanks

So I see I can downgrade I stock with blobs, or make a clean 4s with no cydia tweaks. Doesnt cydi store all blobs? When I open cydia is says it has my 5.1.1 SHSH. But how do I upgrade to the latest iOS safely that is able to be jailbroken.

The only iOS you can upgrade that iPhone 4S to is iOS 6.1.3 - and that iOS is not jail breakable. So, if you want to be jailbroken, you'll have to stay where you are.

As Marioyn said, the only iOS you can restore to aside from 5.1.1 is 6.1.3 which is not jailbreakable. You can only re-restore to n iOS 5 that you have blobs for, or the latest unjailbreakable iOS.
