Upgrade from 4.1 to 5.0

I would like to know if I can upgrade my iPhone which is on 4.1 to the new 5.0 OS
Would be more then happy if a YouTube link is posted

Just plug your device into itunes and upgrade or restore when it asks you to.. unless you rely on unlock? do you?

im still running 4.2.1 because i didnt find a reason to upgrade higher. and i need jailbreak because i need my phone the way i want it lol. and plus i need it to be untethered so ill wait for that.
