Unlock Pin Code Removal

How do I disable having to put in a pin code every time I want to unlock my iPhone? It is so annoying!

Settings > General > Passcode (or Passcode & Fingerprint if you own a 5S) > You will need to enter the proper passcode > Turn Passcode off.
