You can follow the dev team on tweeter to know when and where it will be release. Also you can just google from time to time to see if there is already an unlock for your iOS and your baseband.

Hooo no there is already an unlock for iOS 4.3.2 which is ultrasnow 1.2.1 but you better wait until someone in the forum agree to give you more details about how it goes with unlocking and baseband stuff.
