Unable to load network settings the phone

M y IPhone 4 is NOT WORKING 04.11.08 base band version 4.3.5(8L1) everything else except being able to get the carrier settings it just shows Unable to load network settings the phone was jailbroken using the tethered redsnow jailbreak what has happened is there a fix for this anywhere i fear the worst any help please guys

Wow man....you stayed on 4.3.5 passing up the iOS 5.0.1 untethered and now your screwed. You have to restore to fix that.

Now your just gonna have to have a tethered 5.1 jailbreak.

Do you even have SHSH for 5.0.1?
