hi i got a link to mediafile for weather elementsv4 i downloaded it to my pc,i then extracted it to my desktop,but how do i transfer the files to my iphone and where do i put them in? cydia? i really love the weather elements and tried brandon28139 in cydia but that does not work...please? thanks
