Transfer/ copy notes

I currently have iphone 3gs 32gb, and use it all the time. I have loads of notes on the note app, and want to transfer them to my laptop as I am getting a iphone 4S on Friday.
I have searched for apps, blogs and forums and cannot find an easy, painless method. I dont have gmail.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
