transfer apps form iphone4 to ipod4

i just acquired a ipod touch 4g.

how can i transfer my apps from my iphone over to my ipod?

connect your iPod to your computer open up iTunes, and log in your iTunes account, the one you've use to purchase apps for your iPhone 4. select your downloaded apps and sync them to your iPod.
Also you can directly access the app store directly from your iPod and log in with your iPhone 4 App store account. then look for the apps you've already downloaded to you iPhone and download them again for free to you iPod
