To keep or not

I have a big dilemma and would like an input from you guys.
I'm with AT&T for years and have my 5s with unlimited data plan, but the company that I work for is upgrading our flip phones with iPhones.
They have me an iphone5s on sprint, so now carrying two iPhones. I would like to close my art account but my sprint iPhone has a service that is not good as AT&T. Lte is around but mostly I got only 3g and is such a slow service.
What should I do?

Sounds kind of silly that your company would going with Sprint... considering the the lack of quality service in the area. What about having your company pick up the tab for your AT&T service you already have?

They had sprint before the iPhone. I have been with them for ten years and they used to have push to talk, but now they are upgrading the lines , and before I got the 5s I had no idea that their network was this bad.
