stuck while restoring (upgrading) from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5

Can anyone help me out here as i m stuck while restoring from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5.
Im using iphone 4 Factory unlock and it's first time i m upgrading (via restoring from itunes). Please give me suggest how to do it or even how to work like before in same 4.3.4.
I desperately need suggestion as im not able to use my iphone anymore.....
