Store bought tones disappearing

I got a response from apple this morning, FWIW, They are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. They will send me notification when it's fixed.

Just noticed that the three ringtones I had lost and reported recently, have reappeared on my iPhone, and I'm able to select them in Settings - Sounds.

The ones which this email is refering to, are still lost.

Same thing happened to me. Glad there are a lot of helpful tips in here on how to fix lost ringtones.

FWIW, I got the second email indicating their still working on the issue. Looking forward to using "MY" tones again. Hope its not to much longer.

Currently installing this: itunes.com/restore-ringtones
Seems to be an update for the issue. Hoping it does the trick.

It was just release the 8.1.2 update, and they clame it will fix this issue

They don't appear in Purchased. Go to Settings - Sounds - Ringtones. Scroll through the list. Maybe you'll find them there. That's the place where mine reappeared.
