Shift calender app

I'm looking for a calendar app that will allow me to input my reoccurring 5 week shift pattern. Ideally I would like to put the first 5 weeks in, press a few buttons and its copies for the remainder of the year.
Secondly I'd like to send the same pattern to
another iPhone 4 user who can also view the pattern. Am I asking to much? Any help would

The stock app that comes with the phone will do this if you use the repeat setting when setting up the shift

I might have pulled the trigger too soon on this. The repeat function may not be versatile enough for you.
