I changed my iphone body and iphone screen which is not original

Now i will break it and claim insurance

Will the apple person get to know it?

With replacing the body and screen by yourself, you've voided the warranty. When you take it to an Apple Retail Store, they will find out that someone has tampered with the device.

What you're trying to do, is dishonest and fraud. You won't get any help on this forum.
