Rmaker not syncing, can anybody help?

I have been using the Rmaker app for a while and never had any problems but for whatever reason today when I added my ringtones they aren't showing up on my phone. I did the process correctly and they are listed under the ringtones on my phone on iTunes but they aren't on my phone itself. Can anyone help?

The same thing is happening to me but i cant even listen to it on my phone in itunes its just grayed out.
