Ringer not working

my iPhone 5s does not ring during incoming call.It is not on silent mode.in settings all sounds are enabled.I rebooted the phone also.the Ringer volume is on full.any suggestions?

Take a look at the side switch (Mute button), next to the Volume buttons: if you see something red right next to it, this means your iPhone is muted. Toggle it to the other side.

no checked that already.It is not on mute

Try cleaning your headphone jack and your lightning connector port. If there's some dirt inside, your device thinks it's plugged into a speaker dock, or there are headphones. Use a clean toothbrush, one that hasn't been used before.

Double chech in Settings, under Sounds. Make sure you phone is set to ring.
