Removing native apps

Am jailbroke on redsn0w on ios5 on ipone4 And I was wondering if you can remove those apps like stocks, etc that I don't use and if a iTunes backup to a stock phone will bring them back if necessary. When I had an android I learned how to do it, it wasn't to difficult. Maybe there's an app in cydia? Thanks in advance!

Use ifile or ssh into the phone. In order to Ssh into the phone you will need OpenSSh. And winscp
