Receive and making calls

As it says really. Posted this before in the wrong thread l think. New telekom card will only me to whatsapp calls and messages.
Tried things that have been suggested switching of phone, airplane mode, call divert all dialers get is the busy signal but no divert is l think..........

My problem was solved, before l restored my iPhone it turns out the contract was for data only.
