Put my app icons where I want them

App icons move to 'Convenient' spaces determined by the software program. I want to arrange my page myself. Is that wrong?

Hold the icon down until you get the wiggle motion and move icon
to where you want it.

if your jailbroken you can use gridlock so you can arrange it anyway on you homescreen. (it get rid of spaces on icons and u can place anywhere on your homescreen)

Gridlock i must look into that too.

I did not know what OP was really wanting to do.
