okay I'm not completely new to the iOS era. I am a longtime sufferer from this hidden disease and I found some useful apps in the app store. there is PTSD support and I just found a new one PTSD coach. I also keep apps that track and give me information about medications that I'm prescribed. I believe the iPhone helps relieve some of the anxiety that builds from everyday life. so if you're a veteran like me or have PTSD you'll find the iphone 4 soothing.
I also use camcard to easily input the contact information from business cards that I'm getting from my doctors. I hate wasting paper.
after playing around with PTSD coach I find it very helpful. I highly recommend this.
