Hey, I purchased a 3GS from Ebay, but having problems with it.
From reading other places it's stuck in a recovery loop. When I turn it displays the sign for connecting to Itunes. When I connect it to Itunes it requests a recovery, when I do a recovery, it then asks for another recovery.
The only issue is, the seller claims the home button is faulty, although I don't know any way to check whether it is while stuck in Recovery Mode anyway.
Can anyone offer any advise? I have no real experience in Iphones.
Appreciate any help. If you need more information just ask, but I don't have any back-ground knowledge of the phone. It's presumed to be on Vodophone, but I and the seller have no idea what firmware or anything it is on.
