Please help, some of features dosent work

Hello,
Some features for my iphone 3GS doesn't work. Like youtube, safari or iMessage. Also I can't download ................ from cydia. My iOS is 5.1 and when I try to download ............ it says: NetDB open nodename nor servname provided, or not known.
Please help anyone, I think I've got troubles with my firmware. Any suggestions how to solve this?

You're on iOS 5.1 and Jailbroken. Have you recently restarted your iPhone? You might need to "Just Boot" from redsn0w.
