If your phone is jailbroken then you can download this tweak from cydia.

It's not jailbroken so can I not use CallLock tweak?

On non-jailbroken iPhones the leading cause of your condition is a screen protector that isn't optically correct over the sensor. So if you have a screen protector, that is your issue.

Yeah I have a case with a built on screen protector and the protector is thick. There anyway to get callLock on a non jailbreak phone or is there another solution? I really don't want to get rid of the case.
