"Other" in capacity

Hi all , hope some one can help,

i have a 32g 4s and some how have 4.5gig being used in the "other" section on the capacity bar ??

Is the any way of me getting rid of this or atleast looking to see what it is??

i am pc user and itunes and phone are up to date

i have tried a restore but no joy..

please help

That other size are your files which are not counted as music, videos, photos, apps.
So other size in your iPhone could be downloaded PDF files, artworks, emails, saved games etc...
To get rid of it, don't restore your backup file on the iPhone after factory restoring it. You can use iCloud to backup your contacts and start as new again.
