I have some notes stored from I was using IOS 6, that's still stored. Ever since I install IOS 7 and do add notes, they store for a day or so then they just disappears but the ones I stored from IOS 6 are still stored. Can someone please help me?

Check to see if they're being synced over to your email services. You can check that by heading to Settings.app > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and check through each account and see if they have Notes toggled on, which signifies syncing. If they're toggled off, try toggling them on and see if they re-appear (does require Wifi/Data)
