I recently went into my notes and found that I lost all but two on my Iphone 4S. I had about 10 total. Is this something that is normal, for the notes to just disappear? I had some important info on those notes and unfortunately did not have backed up in either Icloud or on my PC. Can someone please help!?

I'm sorry to hear that, JTaylor. As far as I know, this happens when people change icloud accounts, disable notes in there email settings section, or deleted notes on other device with iCloud sync enabled. And to solve this issue is easy, just scan your iPhone with this iOS data recovery tool, and check if you can get back the notes, you can also transfer the recovered notes directly back to your iPhone.
