Midnight Data Transfer

Any ideas why I see data transfered on my bill (AT&T) around 12:30 AM every morning. Anywhere between 25K and .5M . i have been leaving WiFi on and I am still seeing Data Transfers.

There has to be something running in the background that's pulling data at that particular time. You'll need to retrace your steps of what you've installed on your iDevice around the time it started. Delete it.. then see if the data use continues.

You probably have Diagnostic & Usage Data turned on. It will upload once a day. Under iOS 6 you can find the setting to turn that off at

Settings -> General -> About -> Diagnostic & Usage -> Check off Don't Send.

Turn off your 3G/4G and leave only Wifi on and see if anything happens. It might be that your Wifi choked for a minute and your phone was fetching for an app at that instance.
