Message receipts

I have an iPhone 4.3.3 & I'm not receiving text messages from overseas. Spoken several times to sim supplier but no joy after trying several things and even setting as new iPhone.
Anyone get same problem and knows how to resolve this please??

It's not all the carriers which are able to send sms oversea. Few do that but not all carriers. So i guess that your sender carrier doesn't really support that service, otherwise you should be able to receive. Your send can see the message go out, but in fact it doesn't go out of his/her country to your country.
