I take video on my phone and as long as it is viewed in my phone it looks great. Transfer to my pc or send to someone else and the quality is so poor and video so tiny, you can't tell what's going on in the video v

What iPhone is it? IPhone 4? And what computer are u using? Windows? If yes you will need to install codec on your computer or convert the video from 720p to 400 or something around 400p

Yes, iPhone 4. Yes, Windows. But you can't even see the video on another iPhone4. When I send to son or daughter-in-law, while it is "full screen" on my phone, on their's (also iPHone4), it's a tiny window with lots of black space around it. The picture is so small on the phone you can't see anything.

try transfer the video to your computer and use a convertor to convert it into .MPEG .mp4 whatever you want, then use any player to play it
