Looking for a type of App

Hey all,

Was hoping you could help me find an app (am sure it exists) that fits the following criteria:

* Line index cards, it would show me a list of the cards (title lets say)
* Clicking the title, shows me the whole card
* But that I can edit the cards on my PC (where a real keyboard exists)

I tried searching the store, nothing struck me as what I was looking for.
