I just need to know how to change from one screen to anothert I'm curretnly stuck on compass and can't get back to main screen. geez is it all this difficult. yes I am a senior citizen

Press the circle button on the phone. It's called the home button.

You will find the home button on the bottom of the device is used a lot, to wake up the phone from sleep mode or to close applications.. If you double tap the home button you can bring up the multi tasking apps and arrange them or scroll to the right all the way for quick access to music play/stop/pause and tracks.
