Hey first iPhone I've had it about a month now. I was wondering if there's any jailbreak for iPhone 4S on iOS 6.1.3 or at least any progress. Let me know!

I'm afraid that there is not, and will not in the future be, a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3. The evasi0n jailbreak team has stated that they'll not be releasing an iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak in order to preserve any available exploits for an upcoming iOS 7 jailbreak.

So essentially I'm screwed until iOS 7? Any approximate release date on that? I've heard fall.

All Apple has said is that the public release version of iOS 7 will be released this fall. It could take up to several months after that for an iOS 7 jailbreak to be released.
