Is there a way I can use two different computers too put music on my iPhone

I think I just discovered a Blackhole. I ssh'd into my phone using winscp. Then I copied the iTunes folder from the phone to my second computer. Then I deleted the folder from my phone and resync'd music back onto the phone without deleting any apps or anything. Can someone verify this for me
