iPhoneBrowser 1.9.3.0 Copying to iPhone issue?

Within iPhoneBrowser, I can copy photos to iPhone's camera roll (DCIM) folder, but from my iPhone 4s, it doesn't show.

Has anyone tried iPhoneBrowser? Is there a known bug where it can copy from iPhone but not to iPhone? I've Googled and found few other's with similar problems but no responses to them over a year.

Is there any other utility for copying besides iTune?

It's not a bug, it was done by design by Apple to force you to use their software. The only way to get photos into your camera roll is to sync them through iTunes.
