iPhone X issue

I have an issue when I load the apple store app at home page where it shows iPhone X I used to see my order automatically on the top.

Now I have to manually find my order why did it go away is it a glitch in the app it self and do you people have the same issue ?

Is the delivery’s app a safe app to track all my orders from apple and amazon and more so I don’t deal with any issues ?
