Hi my iphone keps disconnection every time i try to sync.
This window keeps popping up.....
iTunes could not back up the iPhone "Dougie's IPhone" because the iPhone disconnected.
Please disconnect and reconnect the iPhone, then try again.
.... i have try'd this but no joy i have try'd a new data cable but still no joy, i have even reinstalled iTunes and still the same outcome, can anyone help i cand up grade the iPhone software but i can still transfer music and app, it driving me mental.
